This site is operated by NUFUS WEAR, headquartered at 12 Avenue Mohammed VI, Souissi, Rabat 10170, Morocco, with offices in Dubai and Paris. Contact: support@nufuswear.com.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or stock error occurred, or where delivery to your region is not possible — in every such case you are refunded in full immediately.

Prices are displayed in US dollars and include VAT where applicable to your destination. Payment is collected securely by our payment partners; we never store card details. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us, though we will always offer you first refusal at the corrected price.

Delivery timelines are set out on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees — though we hold ourselves to them. Risk passes to you on delivery; every shipment is insured in transit at our cost.

Our contractual return policy — 30 days, unworn, full refund — is described on the Returns page and forms part of these terms. Statutory rights in your country of residence are never limited by this policy.

We describe fabrics, dimensions and colours as accurately as possible. Screen rendering of colour varies; minor variation between image and piece — particularly in hand-dyed and limited runs — is a characteristic of craft, not a defect. Where placeholder imagery is displayed pending photography, this is labelled.

All content on this site — names, prints, photography, text and design — belongs to NUFUS WEAR or its licensors. Our in-house prints are original works; reproduction for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (customs strikes, extreme weather, force majeure), though we will always work to resolve them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Consumers in the EU and UK retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their local law and may bring proceedings in their home courts.
