Returns & Exchanges
If a piece isn't right, returning it should be effortless. You have 30 days — and our help the whole way.
Write to us
Email support@nufuswear.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We reply with a prepaid return label for most regions.
Pack it as it came
Place the unworn piece back in its original wrap and box. The gift box is part of the product — returns arriving without it may incur a small repackaging fee.
Refund in 5 days
Once received and inspected (1–2 days), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Exchanges dispatch immediately.
The policy, in plain words
- ✦30 days from the day your order is delivered.
- ✦Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, perfume or alteration.
- ✦Full refund to the original payment method, or instant exchange for another colour or piece.
- ✦Sale items are returnable for store credit; final-sale items (marked at checkout) are not returnable.
- ✦Gift recipients may exchange or take store credit without involving the purchaser.
- ✦Underscarves are final sale for hygiene reasons unless unopened.
Return shipping
Returns from Morocco, the UAE, the EU and the UK are prepaid — we send the label. From other regions, return postage is the client's responsibility; we recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund what safely reaches us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives less than perfect — a pulled thread, a wrong colourway, a missing item — photograph it and email us within 7 days. We reship or refund in full immediately, return not required in most cases.
