Orders placed before 14:00 local time (GMT+1 Rabat / GST Dubai / CET Paris) are dispatched the same business day. All others ship within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with live tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.

Duties & taxes

Orders to Morocco, the UAE, the EU and the UK ship with duties and taxes settled by us where required — the price you see is the price you pay. For other destinations, local import duties may be collected by your customs authority; any such charges are indicated at checkout before you confirm your order.
